Welcome to RunStrong! Thanks for joining our Affiliate Program.
These terms and conditions apply to individuals accessing or using the Program as an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to RunStrong ("we" or "us").
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program.
1. Approval of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Your affiliate link is automatically generated when you register. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click takes precedence.
You may or may not be assigned a coupon code — details will be shown in your Dashboard. If a customer uses both your affiliate link and a coupon code, you will not receive double commission. You are not permitted to promote a coupon code that has not been assigned to you.
You may promote RunStrong on social media, websites, email newsletters, and other online or offline channels, provided you comply with these terms.
3. Commissions and Payment
You will earn commission for each new customer who completes a purchase via your affiliate link. "New customer" means a person with no prior order history on the RunStrong store. Commission is not earned on orders from existing customers, on your own purchases (self-referral), or on subscription renewals.
Commission is calculated excluding tax and shipping costs. To receive payment, you must add your payment details in Settings. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal. We reserve the right to review each referral order before approving commission. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid.
4. Marketing Materials
We may make promotional assets (banners, logos, product images) available to you via the Marketing tool. You may use these assets to promote RunStrong through your affiliate channels. You must not alter or misrepresent these assets.
5. Responsible Promotion and Health Claims
RunStrong is a food supplement. The promotion of food supplements is regulated in the UK, and you must comply with applicable advertising standards including ASA/CAP Code guidelines.
When promoting RunStrong, you must only make claims that are consistent with the approved claims listed on our website (runstrong.co.uk). You must not:
• Make medicinal claims — do not state or imply that RunStrong diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or medical condition
• Exaggerate or fabricate benefits — do not claim effects beyond what is stated in our official product description
• Make false comparisons — do not misrepresent RunStrong relative to competitor products
• Use before/after imagery or language that implies guaranteed results
• Target vulnerable people or make claims specifically directed at people with health conditions
Approved claims include: supports recovery, reduces muscle soreness, supports iron levels, supports immune function, and similar statements as published on our website. If in doubt about whether a claim is permissible, ask us before publishing.
Breach of this section is grounds for immediate account termination and we reserve the right to require you to remove non-compliant content.
6. Cookie Tracking
We use cookies to track visitors referred via your affiliate link. If a visitor does not accept cookies or clears their cookies, we are unable to track their activity and no commission will be payable.
Your cookie window is 30 days from the date a visitor clicks your affiliate link. If the referred visitor completes their first purchase at runstrong.co.uk within that window, the commission will be attributed to you. Commission applies to the first order only — subsequent orders or subscription renewals by the same customer do not generate additional commission.
7. Removal from the Program
If you wish to leave the affiliate program, contact us at affiliates@runstrong.co.uk. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
